Garden Walk and Container Contest June 13th, 2010 Noon - 3:00 pm   This years Garden Walk will include 5 Gardens and the Container Contest.  Homes on the Tour include: Wanda & Randy Hepner Bonnie & Dean Talbott Mary & George Bowman Carrie & Donnie Riordon Linda & John Roehrs Tickets are $7.00 each and may be purchased at Hair Etc, The Flower Shop, or by Calling Judy at 937-5991 or Natalie at 937-5601.  Tickets may also be purchased the day of the event at Bradley's. To enter the Container Contest bring your Creative Container with at least 3 different types of flowers or plants to Bradley's (Prospect St) by 11:00am on Sunday, June 13th, 2010. Entries of the Container Contest will be chosen by popular choice through a "Coins of Pride" vote.  Funds raised from the contest will be used to support the Cambridge Main Street's organization's projects. Rules for the Containers: There will be 2 categories; one for business and organizations and one for individuals.  Your container garden should include at least three varieties of plants.  There is no specific size of container but the planted container must be manageable.  You may enter as many containers as you wish.  Any type of container is acceptable, be imaginative. Coins will be counted at 2:45pm with winners announced at 3:00pm.  1st place winner in the Business/Organization Category will receive $25.00 cash prize.  1st Place winner in the Individual Category will receive a $25.00 cash prize and the 2nd Place winner will receive a $15.00 cash prize.
