Garden Walk and Container Contest- the 2011 Garden Walk and Container Contest will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2011  from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.  We are still in the process of securing gardens.  Tickets are $7.00 each and may be purchased at Hair Etc, The Flower Shop or by Calling Judy at 937-5991 or Natalie at 937-5601.  For more details please click on the Garden Tour link. Community Hog Roast - The second Annual Community Hog Roast will be held at College Square Park on Saturday, June 18, 2011.  We will start at 5:00 pm with a Pork Barb-Q Dinner. 9th Annual Main Street Fest & Car Show- The Fest/Auto Show is planned for Saturday, August 20, 2011  Please plan to join us this August for the Cambridge Main Street Fest. This day will be filled with events for everyone!!!  There will be some new events held this year. BOO-tiful Saturday-  Boo-tiful Saturday will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Community Hall from 10:00 to Noon this year.  There will be games, music, a cupcake walk, costume contest, coloring contest and a pumpking carving/decorting contest and our very own laboratory!  Children 4th grade and under are invited to come in costume to come and enjoy a "Spook"-tacular good time!  A parade downtown to local participating businesses will follow the fun.  Prizes will be given for the contest winners, and cupcakes will be given away during the cupcake walk, however the games are just for fun - instead of game prizes each child will receive a treat bag filled with treats before they leave the party.  5th Annual DS Holiday Shopping Event will be held in November 5, 2011 at the Cambridge Community Hall.  Are you in Direct Sales? reserve your table today for $15 and up.  Looking for Holiday Sales? Join us for a shopping experience with area Home Party Plan representatives.  Candles, jewelry, makeup, food, baskets, home decor and more will be on display.  Many booths will offer cash and carry prices and huge discounts. Christmas on the Square- Is scheduled for Sunday, December 4, 2011 in downtown Cambridge.  The Cambridge  Main Street will host activities throughout the day the Cambridge Community Hall.  We will begin the afternoon with the Festival of Trees and finish the evening with a Chili Supper and auctioning off of the entered Trees. (For complete details please visit the "Christmas on the Square" link on the left)   13th Annual Main Street Auction - the annual auction for 2012 is not yet scheduled.  Cambridge Main Street is now accepting donations of new/used items.  No clothing please.  We would also like to have all donations collected by January 5th so that we may complete preparation for the auction.  The auction will be held at Stenzel's Auction Hall in Cambridge and bidding will begin at noon.   Remember: All donations are a tax write off as CMS is a non-profit 501 c (3) organization.  All donors will receive a letter, for their tax purposes, indicating their donation.
